Our Programs

  • Children practicing martial arts in a dojo, standing in a line wearing white uniforms with various colored belts, with punching bags labeled 'CRNR' on the floor in front of them.

    Mini Warriors (Ages 3 - 4)

Our youngest students build focus, coordination, and classroom behavior through a fun, playful 30-minute class. They practice Japanese counting, basic movements, and age-appropriate exercises that develop listening skills and delayed gratification. Mini Warriors follow an exclusive belt system designed just for their developmental stage.

  • Young girl in a white martial arts gi and yellow belt smiling and posing for a photo in a martial arts dojo or training space.

    Little Warriors (Ages 5 – 6)

In this 45-minute class, students transition into formal karate training with an emphasis on basic stances, strikes, and blocks. They begin learning simplified kata like the Taikyoku forms, while progressing through a foundational belt system tailored to their age and motor skills. The environment remains upbeat while introducing structure and discipline.

  • Youth Karate + Family (Ages 7+)

These 60-minute classes are open to kids, teens, and parents training side-by-side in a traditional Japanese karate format. Students advance through a full belt curriculum that includes kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring). The focus is on consistent growth, community, and shared experience on the dojo floor.

    Black Belt Academy (Invite Only)

Reserved for advanced students, teens, and adults who demonstrate strong commitment and technique. This class explores higher-level kihon, advanced kata, and sparring strategies with a focus on leadership, precision, and deeper martial understanding.

  • A young man in sunglasses and a black hoodie helping a child put on boxing gloves outdoors near a sports field with a fence and trees in the background.

    Kickboxing (Teen & Adults)

A high-energy striking class designed for adults looking to sweat, strengthen, and sharpen their skills. You’ll hit mitts, bags, and build real technique without the pressure of sparring or competition. Expect powerful combinations, motivating music, and a serious workout—no martial arts experience required.

  • Koryū Judo

A traditional Japanese grappling program focused on balance, control, throws, and ground technique. Students learn discipline, confidence, and practical self-defense through structured training that builds strength, coordination, and resilience. Koryu Judo offers a powerful complement to karate and is ideal for students who enjoy hands-on, close-range martial arts training.
