Youth Shotokan (Ages 7–12)

Our Youth Shotokan program helps children ages 7–12 develop confidence, discipline, and technical skills through traditional Japanese karate.

Students train in kihon (fundamentals), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring), while building coordination, focus, perseverance, and physical fitness.

Each 45-minute class combines structured instruction, engaging drills, and age-appropriate challenges that encourage students to improve and take pride in their progress.

Confidence isn't built by watching. It's built by training. Join us for a 2-Class Trial and experience traditional Shotokan Karate in a welcoming, structured environment.
